Awake Us Now will be hosting an online Baptism service. 

For?

All ages! Elderly, adults, teens, children, infants.

Why?

Baptism is a meaningful and joyful step in the life of a believer to show acceptance of Jesus as the believer’s Savior. Baptism signifies the beginning of the believer’s new life in Christ and joins him/her to the family of God. 

How?

Join us online, via Zoom Meeting with Pastor Dodge, as he leads you (and your family/witnesses) through the steps and implications of Holy Baptism along with the significance of the water and the Word. Pastor Kevin Schuessler will lead us in joyful songs of praise at the end of the service and close out our time together with prayers of thanksgiving.

Where?

From your home or yard: using a sink, bowl, tub, bathtub, shower, kiddy pool, swimming pool, lake, stream, etc. 

When?

Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 7pm Central Time.

We have chosen this date as it is the day of Jesus’ ascension into heaven and adds extra meaning to your already very special day because Jesus’ ascension preceded the release of the Holy Spirit to Jesus’ followers.

Other info: You will receive a keepsake Certificate of Baptism. This will be mailed to you following the event. YOU WILL ALSO BE ABLE TO INVITE FAMILY AND FRIENDS TO THE ONLINE BAPTISM EVENT TO WATCH LIVE.

Following your registration, you will be emailed a link to the online event along with other information and instruction. The event will take place on Zoom.us
